Our Mission

The National Consortium to Advance Police Supervision (CAPS) addresses challenges in policing by creating a consortium of police supervisors and experts to develop tools, resources, and training to improve supervisory practices.

CAPS is a partnership between The Ohio State University's John Glenn College of Public Affairs and first-line police supervisors from 66 inaugural police agencies across 31 states.
